the GT Atrium

Georgia Tech’s Atrium space is a multi-use space designed to allow for large events and seminars. To book the Atrium for an event as a coda resident, submit a Service-now ticket and the CSS team will confirm dates and details of your event. For inquires to host an event in the Atrium as a non-tenant GT host, fill out this form and submit it to codabuilding@gatech.edu

Collaborative Core

The collaborative core are tenant facing spaces attached to the spiral staircase that span from the 5th floor up to the 21st floor. The collaborative core is accessible to all building tenants and cannot be reserved or blocked off. Please be mindful when using the space. For assistance setting up any event with equipment or meeting of more than 4 in the collaborative space, email codabuilding@gatech.edu for assistance and guidelines.

Georgia Tech Conference Rooms

The following conference rooms are available to all  GTCoda residents (and their affiliates with building access) via outlook. Residents can add a room to a calendar invite by searching for “Coda” and the following names of the rooms in the room finder during their invite creation.

  • 9th floor: Underwood (seats 6); Ansley (14); Home Park (16); Atlantic (24)
  • 10th floor: West End (6); Adair (14); Bolton (16); Vinings (24)
  • 11th floor: Briarcliff (6); Lindbergh (14); Brookhaven (16); Druid Hills (24)
  • 12th floor: Five Points (14); Midtown (24)
  • 13th floor: Candler (6); Glenwood (14); Cabbagetown (16); Grant Park (24)

CODA conference center

CODA offers six conference rooms located on the first and second floors.

Reservations are available Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Conference rooms can be booked no further than (1) month in advance and must be booked through the Community Support Services Team. Rooms must be booked 48 hours in advance.

Room cancellations made within (2) business days of the reservation will result in a $150.00 cancellation fee. Reservations that result in a no show will result in a $150.00 fee.

No changes shall be requested to standard room set-up.

Tenants are responsible for booking their own catering. Caterers will not be given access to conference rooms without having the minimum building insurance requirements on file with management.

Coda Rooftop

The Coda Rooftop hours are Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm and Saturday from 8am to 1pm. Closed Sunday’s and Holidays.

To have a Georgia Tech related event on the coda rooftop, submit a ServiceNow ticket or email codabuilding@gatech.edu. ALL events held on the rooftop have fees associated with it depending on the size. Associated fees include janitorial and security services which are required to have an event on the rooftop.

Huddle Rooms

Huddle rooms are available throughout the suites in the building. These rooms are not bookable but are available for use for meetings and calls. Huddle rooms are also available near each conference room center near the restrooms. Huddle rooms near the conference room centers require buzz card access to enter but are available to those who already have building access.
